˚˖𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒✧˚ The July Monthly Journal ˚˖𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒✧˚.🎀༘⋆

Summer is at its peak; everywhere we look, we see bikinis, spray-on coconut oil, and seaside cocktails—at least, that’s the Instagram feed we’ve been seeing over the last few weeks.

July tends to be a chaotic month—what with graduations, major decisions, and vacations. We want to help you avoid that inevitable slump as the return to school approaches, or the unavoidable responsibilities that come with being an adult (though that last part only applies to some, of course).

We already know that yoga and Pilates aren't for everyone, so our recommendation is to meditate—even if it’s just for five minutes a day. Meditate, connect with yourself, and practice gratitude, my friend. Be grateful for the life you have, count your blessings—and if you can write them down on paper, even better.

We aren't going to ask you to keep a diary in the style of Bella Swan or Elena Gilbert, but if you could write down—anywhere—three things you’re grateful for each day, the world will feel a little lighter as the days go by.

My love, if this is too much for you, don't worry; you can simply get up each day and think of three things you are grateful for. Believe me when I say this, it is something that will change your life.
